Joaquin A. Mina, Jr. started JAM Home Renovations, Inc. after spending 10 years as a labor union worker for a commercial construction company. While there, he learned and honed his skills in things such as operating various machinery, assembling/disassembling scaffolds, and mixing/pouring concrete. As the eldest of 5 children, Joaquin's diverse skills were developed over many years as being "the man of the house," often having to learn things on his own or seeking instructions from experts in order to help his family out. The manner in which he leads this company and communicates with clients descends from the Golden Rule "treat others how you want to be treated." This translates into conducting business with respect - employee, client, and property alike. Each member of our team is well-versed in various aspects of home renovation. We are also connected with other experts in the field, making it beneficial for our clients when challenges arise within projects. JAM Home Renovations, Inc. serves the Chicago Metropolitan Area. We have worked with clients who've wanted just one room remodeled as well as those with an entire house gutted out and made anew. Our clientele also consists of those with flip houses, renovation loans, and business properties.
